Be the voice for children with NSPCC. Join us.
We are recruiting a group of transformational leaders who will help the NSPCC grow our impact, deepen supporter relationships and secure the resources needed to protect every childhood.
Together, these new roles will redefine how we engage the public, inspire supporters and build powerful partnerships. If you are driven by purpose, motivated by evidence-led strategy and ready to lead teams to exceptional performance, we want to hear from you.
Lead the future of public engagement for children
The Engagement & Fundraising Directorate sits at the heart of how NSPCC grows its supporter base and generates income for children, at pace and at scale. Bringing together philanthropy, corporate partnerships and audience-led campaigning, the directorate plays a central role in delivering sustainable impact and protecting more children, sooner.
We are now recruiting for two senior leadership roles: a new Director of Public Engagement and Head of Audience Engagement & Campaign Planning. Together, these roles will shape how the NSPCC connects with the public, builds lasting relationships with supporters and unlocks new opportunities for growth.
Hear from Tracey Pritchard, Executive Director of Engagement & Fundraising, as she shares her vision for the directorate and why this is such a pivotal moment to join and lead meaningful change.
